Well we started this topic with a bang, the children had a blast on their WOW day with the bouncing castle and lots of different activities.
How high can you jump? How fast can you run? How many hops can you do in a minutes? Just a few of the questions we will be investigating this half term. As we complete our very exciting, physical topic bounce! The children will be setting challenges and seeing if they can better themselves each time they complete the task. They may even want to start setting challenges for people at home.
We will also be looking at healthy eating, healthy lifestyles and how to take care of ourselves e.g. brushing teeth, washing and exercising.
During this topic will be also be looking at some famous athletes and the sports they take part it. This is the perfect opportunity for the children who take part in sporting activities outside school to share this with their friends.
