The percentage of children achieving the expected standard at KS2 was below national figures for reading and maths, only just below for writing and below for combined reading/writing/maths. The percentage of children achieving a higher level of attainment was below national figures for reading, writing and maths, and combined. The average scaled score achieved across the year group was slightly below national figures. The average progress scores between KS1 and KS2 were below the National average (set at zero) but just within the Threshold limits set for the year in maths, well within for writing, and at the same for reading.
